Reasons Why Jurassic World Made Money: 

Big stars - Chris Pratt is a big star that has been recognised recently from doing 'Guardians Of The Galaxy' which is a Marvel film and Marvel films are quite popular.

The opening weekend sold $208,806,270 

Jurassic World came out on 12th of June. This is usually the first weekend that teenagers taking their exams would be finished. 

It is part of a Franchise which automatically draws in people who were interested in the first three movies. This also makes it more likely to be selling more money more quickly. 

The director of Jurassic World - Colin Trevorrow - and executive producer - Steven Spielberg - are well known. Colin Trevorrow may not have been very famous but he did direct Safety Not Guaranteed and the rating on that got 7 stars out of 10. Whereas, Steven Spielberg is most known for the starting the 'Jaws' Franchise.

The advertisment was probably a big part of being sucessful. They had multiple different trailers, posters, billboards and probably advertisments in magazines and newspapers. The advertisments probably had to pay a lot of money but because Jurassic World was a sucess it paid off because they made a lot of money.
